Sailor Moon R Episode 60 "An Angel? A Devil? Mysterious Girl From the Sky" Luna P Henge was the command that allowed Chibiusa to transform her Luna P into whatever object she wanted. This power was not limited to her Senshi form, as she could also use it in civilian form and as Black Lady. She possessed a similar ability in the manga, Abracadabra Pon, that she learned from Sailor Pluto. Enjoy! :)
