'Eavesdropping On Pianists' furthers Lumisokea's research into rhythm, synthesis and electro-acoustics, combining elements of noise music, musique concrète, techno and traditional percussion music from southern India and Korea.
The sound sources of most of the percussion comes from recordings they made of futuristic 'Noise Machines', designed by Vladimir Popov in the 1920's. This EP pays tribute to the pioneering spirit of the visionary inventors and composers from the former Soviet Union in the early 20th century.'
