My best splits give ~610 (270/170/170) so I'm very happy with this time. The lap 3 hop was unfortunate and my SC exits were weak, but otherwise good for my standards and only a few days of playing.

Left is a potential re-route. Right is what we normally do.
Left is /technically/ faster but only by a few frames. If the monkey next to the drawbridge sees you and runs about or you dont catch him out of the aircrawl then youve already lost your time save. I was really hoping you could squeeze out a jump to skip the water but I dont think its happening. I also tested swimming back to land instead of climbing onto the drawbridge or even catching the monkey before lowering the drawbridge in the first place, but both are definitely slower.
I dont think this is worth tbh, but glad to say Ive investigated and documented it")

Very happy with this run! Shroomless cut took me a while to properly understand and make consistent (forcing me to drop a pink MT and settle for a couple of orange MTs instead) but the strat feels pretty clean overall - lots of tight timings and continuous boosts. Impromptu spin-drift saved my ass on lap 2 lol.")
