Ludwig's Think Tank is a television special that aired on the Disney Channel on September 1, 1985. Ludwig Von Drake (voiced by Wayne Allwine) hosts this look at learning. As he notes, everyone can learn something – even an expert on as many subjects as he is. To prove his point, he uses several educational cartoons.
