Recently a new document has been published on The Thirwall Inquiry website which shows a meeting that took place in May 2017 between members of Operation Hummingbird, Tony Chambers, Stephen Cross and Ian Harvey, where it is suggested the nurse in question Lucy Letby is in fact a single parent?
