[Translation: With the Aborigines]
I want to go back, to before the womb of my parents
To the Aborigines
Live a life of essential, unprogrammed instincts
With the Aborigines
But then, if coke and tobacco cling to me, and if my body remains stiff
Ill leave the Aborigines, who by then will be plagued by my European germs
And Ill probably become an Australian pop star
I want to chant my acidulous lyrics on TV,
To Aboriginal beats
Ill wallow in the mud, to primitive music
Stolen from the Aborigines
I wont be wearing for 30 years the old, threadbare blue suit* that my elder used to wear
[*refers to a Charles Aznavour song]
No, Ill wear dresses with psychedelic sequins
My car will be an electronic kangaroo
Im going to Australia, going to Australia, going to Australia
Bye bye Paris.
[Original lyrics:]

Part 5 of Aksak Mabouls âUne aventure de VV (Songspiel)â album.
In this episode, the protagonist VV has entered an orange cabin and fallen asleep. She dreams that âthe sky became a page blackened with words⊠A grammatical chaos reignsâŠ. Disjointed words form an incoherent flock of signs, a huge expanse, like an ocean of flies above the earth.â
Meanwhile, keyboards & beats are furiously galloping away, and conversing with Blaine L. Reiningerâs violin.
Video drawn & filmed by Véronique Vincent, edited by Silvia Baldan
âUne aventure de VV (Songspiel)â is a 63-minute, continuous suite of fifteen pieces, which can be described as an experimental audio play.

VVÂ
Le ciel devint une page noircie de mots.
Â
Il y eut une vague de phrases soulevées, puis une autre, une autre encore.
Les lignes ondulaient puis se moquaient des espaces blanches entre elles,Â
respirations devenues invisibles, importunes, mĂȘme caduques.
Elles sâentrecroisaient, indissociables lacets de mots emmĂȘlĂ©s, Ă©garements inaudibles.
Â
Mots perdus, mots pendus.

THE TEMPEST
Â
VVÂ
The sky became a page blackened with words.
Â
There was a wave of phrases uplifted, then another, and yet another. The lines undulated then gave no thought to the white spaces between them, respirations turned invisible, unwelcome, even inane.
They intersected, inseparable laces of entangled words, inaudible ramblings.
Â
Lost words, hung words.
Â
They formed random meanders of meaning, around which no tongue couldâve recognised itself.
Â
The tempest became a furious hurly-burly.
Â
Explosion of forlorn letters within this sudden disorder,
orphan letters scattered by the gust of some kind of supreme sneeze.

Grammatical chaos had thrown everything out of whack.
Â
Then the disjointed words form an incoherent flock of signs, a huge expanse, like an ocean of flies above the earth.
Â
Now, no one understood at all what was what.

[A tin sky corrupted by pink fluorescence.
Suddenly emerging from the orange cabin, the F-shaped inclined profile of VV seems to be following a trail.]
