In this video I discuss Lucky Pants ability to boost the accuracy of Hand Cannons, and how that solves a "problem" of Hand Cannon "bloom", maximizing the consistency of Hand Cannons through keeping them close to initial accuracy. I also talk about the importance of an accuracy boost to Exotic Hand Cannons (like Thorn) that lack the ability to use an icarus mod, where this can be used as such. This is mainly for Destiny 2 PvP/Trials of Osiris in Season of the Worthy.
