In this tutorial I'm teaching how to make a beaded tassel cover for the Lucky Elephant Tassel, layering bugle beads and seed beads in different shapes to embellish a purple silk tassel with a gold elephant charm, a rose quartz nugget, and a bright pink flower bead. It is a great technique to have in your back pocket anytime you want to dress up a plain tassel.
