After 18 months of hard work cataloguing, listening to, and judging every fandom song that was released in 2022, I am proud to release the list of my favorite 100 songs from last year!
Firstly, I want to point out the subjectivity of the matter - I think most people would have radically different top 5s, let alone a whole 100 songs! Not only that, but there are at least another 200 fandom songs from 2022 (out of about 2000!) that I think everyone should hear (those songs are mentioned in the doc below!) so cutting it down to 100 excludes a lot of incredible work and potential!
Secondly, I tried to be as objective as I could by implementing a scoring system to balance out important aspects of fandom music. For a full breakdown of how that works, check out the doc linked below!

Finally, I want to encourage everyone to listen through this video when you have time, pick out the songs you think sound really cool, go listen to the full version and subscribe to the artist! Maybe grab the album off their bandcamp if you can. All these musicians deserve your support.
