Doesn't work if opponent DIs the DThrow in. If they DI out, it works later. Bair to grab is true if you fast fall the Bair. To make FThrow to Fair true, you have to run off the platform then jump to avoid jumpsquat frames. May not work with DI out as a result, obviously works later if they DI in.
