sometimes it's difficult to fully understand the prince of darkness
so the text of his address reads as follows

... There has been, a lot of talk, about Ted Cruz, being, "Lucifer in the flesh!"
I would just like to say, that, is far too lofty a position, for that, weasel faced, Insignificant twerp!
He’s more like, a third degree demon, in charge of flatulence!
And not! the silent but deadly kind!
But, the loud, annoying, and a little embarrassing kind!
Which, is how, most people, who know Ted Cruz, describe him!
