This story is about a time when we discovered the YouTube channel of an unknown speedrunner, who had multiple world records in Perfect Dark speedrunning. What happens, when someone, unknown to the speedrun community, has set untied world records? Will they be believed? Will they be called a cheater? Is some skepticism justified? This is the story of Denis Lucid, and how excessive skepticism may have caused him to leave the community permanently, disappearing mysteriously.
