A lunchbox that promotes healthy and affordable nutrition.
The project aims to develop a healthy, affordable lunchbox for primary school children that supports low-income families. The lunchbox is practically divided so that wholemeal products, salads, oatmeal, fruit, vegetables, dairy products and nuts can be easily combined. Pictograms on the inside give parents guidance when filling the box.
The concept is being integrated into an existing app in cooperation with a supermarket. Parents will find recipes, shopping list functions and price overviews to keep the costs per meal transparent. The project combines healthy eating with financial planning and creates an awareness of balanced meals - with the aim of sensitising children to healthy eating in the long term.
