Episode 3 of this challenge, filled with 8 and 16-bit retro gaming nostalgia!

In this episode, LRVG shares another one of his childhood favourites: Streets of Rage (Mega Drive, 1991). I have tried this before. Mind "tried". Playing Streets of Rage 2 (Arcade version) I figured I need to check out the first game as well. This was a few years ago. I never played it back in the day.
So even if my performance in this video is sub par, I can safely say I like it! A solid side scolling beat 'em up. Nice share, LRVG!
My choice for LRVG to give a go at this time is Samurai Warrior: The Battles of Usagi Yojimbo (C64, 1988). A different kind of side scolling beat 'em up... This time I was struggling myself, with my own game choice, not being so awesome at it as I remember my younger self being! =) This footage doesn't prove it, but I have completed this game many times back in the day.

What's all this about?
This is a challenge, by LondonRetroVideoGames, where we play his pick of a 16-bit game and in turn suggest an 8-bit game. It's not about comparing versions, nor which is "the best" - I interpret this challenge as comparing childhood games and nostalgia, in a way "selling" our childhood favourites to eachother. What retro gaming is all about really, in my book.
