SO. Daxon is in Lorelai's body, and Lorelai is in Daxon's body. They be swapped. Switcherooed. Switcheese. Thank you Troublemakers. This should help them understand each other better, right? ...Right? Also, hey look it's Walter! Where've you been, pal? Oh, kidnapped by Dreadlock? Tough luck, kid. But don't worry! The Super Zeros have no idea where you are or how to find you, so I guess you're stuck there forever. Wait, Daxon-in-Lorelai's-body, what are you doing? Are you snooping through Lorelai's things!? Don't you know that could get you into more trouble than you're willing to deal wit-- oohps. Too late. That's what happens when you don't listen to the stuffed polar bear.
Okay, am I allowed to say how much I ADORE this episode? I was hesitant getting back into Super Zeros because *ahem* two years since the last episode *ahem* but it all came together so unexpectedly wonderfully - yay God! Grandmuff's alien-tracking mobile home looks so awesome and I'm so happy (thank you Kitty Empress for encouraging me to go ahead and build the set for it!). The music for that scene was a conundrum, I wanted lighthearted/happy but also mysterious/foreboding...uh, is that even possible? YES! Also, I didn't realize the song on the radio had vocals until the guy started singing IN FRENCH! Don't ask me what he's saying because no parlez-vous franΓ§ais, but they're poodles and they have a photo of the Eiffel Tower on their refrigerator (why is fridge spelled with a "d" but refrigerator is not?!), so it was a bonus surprise that made my entire week! π
Also, Lor & Dax's switch in this episode...I had to REALLY FOCUS during filming. It was very confusing. I lost track of how many times I almost had one of them say the other's lines. ππ But that's okay because they'll be switched back in the next episode, right? ...Right?
