Oh my gosh I still do these! *giggles* ♥
I know it's been a while~
But yes, I actually worked on this song for over a year now. Mostly I was really confused and had no idea what to do with this one, but today I opened up the file again and tried something with the intsruments and tadaaaa~ I was satisfied :´D
Sometimes it's essential to take a break from a project... even if it's a year.... *sobs silently*
But it's done now and I hope you like it ♥
I certainly did like making it. The Twilight Princess Version is my favourite take on that lovely song. It's so mysterious and though I love the happy sounding version from OoT I just couldn't help myself and base my arrangement on the other version.
Okay enough. I'm still working on another thing and I hope I can finish that as well.

Please excuse me if this turns into rambling. I dont feel very coherent right now.
Okay from the beginning then: I was planning on covering Sanctuary from Utada Hikaru some time ago. I did a version of Passion on here... years ago... lol. Back in good old 2012 with my little baby voice and blossoming music skills. The good olden times! Ive just listened to it and wow I sounded completely different back then! Guess age finally caught up and refined my voice. I do like its current power!

Anyways, back to the song here. I absolutely loved the sort of ambient background I originally made for the cover but I didnt have all recordings for the entire song. Still I wanted to make something and so one thing led to another, I started experimenting, mixing, cutting, reversing, putting stuff on top of each other until I liked what I heard and this is the result. A little remix sort of, with my own touch. The things I sing here make no sense.
I hope, as jumbled up as this audio experiment was, that you still enjoy it. Maybe next time Ill make something more coherent again. I dont know. Im just drifting with the tides right now.
The artwork is also made by me. Lately I really enjoy putting feelings and sometimes darker things into art. This one is a light and friendly art piece though without a deeper meaning. Just a little doodle. I feel art is very therapeutic... I think I said that before. Anyways I thought Id share a little speed painting again. Combining art and music in a video :)
