In this video, Josh demonstrates a couple of tests to diagnose why there's no brush roll or spin and some common reasons this issue might be occurring. He also replaces the lower hose in the machine which has a crack in it. This specific model is a Shark NV651 but this video is applicable to most of the models in the 650 series.
