Join me for a great lower carb twist on the popular Mountain Man Breakfast. I think this one is even better. I will substitute sweet potatoes since the have 6 grams fewer net carbs for white potatoes and give it some Seminole Swamp Seasoning and good love in the 8 inch Campmaid Dutch Oven. This was really delcious and easy to make.
