This recipe is a great lower calorie alternative to traditional spaghetti pasta.

-cut the spaghetti squash in half and scrape out the seeds inside.
-drizzle with olive oil and add salt, pepper, garlic powder.
-bake spaghetti squash at 400 degrees for 45-55 mins.
-sauté yellow onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
-add ground meat of your choice and fully cook.
-add pasta sauce to meat and veggies.
-shred the spaghetti squash with a fork and add pasta sauce
