Cutting carbs doesn’t always mean you’re in ketosis.

Everyone responds to carbohydrate restriction differently. While some people may get into ketosis at 50-75g of carbohydrates, others struggle to get in even at 20g per day.

Everyone’s threshold is different and this is why if ketosis is the goal, it's important to measure ketone levels to make sure your approach to carbohydrate-restriction is doing what you want it to do.
