Ugh.
I guess if I'm going to be on a low buy, I'd better "break" it for something good. Even though I did purchase, I'm doing better than I did last year around this time. And now that I've got it out of my system, I should last at least for the rest of March.
**I forgot to mention in the video, I haven't broken any of my other low-buy rules. Such as: no primers, blush, mascara, highlighters, eyeliners, nail polish.**
