by getting hit the frame you come down from an hover you gain the speed needed to ground clip without going as high
The only problem with this is it must be timed very precisely however, you can also get hit the frame you hit the ground after canceling a hover by slashing sword which only needs good timing with the far bomb

lost 2 min to missing pickup on bugs with adult RBA and lost a fair amount of time else where. the route used here route can be improved but it will probably only save 20s unless we can find a way to save a chu. Will go for at least sub 50 I think")
