You have to do this unbuffered, since pausing cancels Moonjump.
This should save time in NMS and might be useful in some rare Bingo rows.
Update 2: Bonking with Iron Boots gives you less knockback then bonking with Kokiri Boots. So the ESS turn will give you a two frame window for the hookshot input.
Update: The jumpslash is not needed, but it might be faster if you don't need the key (you'll land closer to the door on the left).
