Low Carb Pancakes cooked on the campfire!

THE RECIPE
Serves: 1-2

INGREDIENTS (I doubled these ingredients in the video)
3 tbsp almond flour/ground almonds
1 egg
1 tbsp full fat mayo
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp water
Few drops vanilla extract (omit this if wanting to use this batter as a flatbread or pizza base)

TO SERVE:
Lemon juice

METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together into a thick batter.
Drop spoonfuls into a preheated pan, pushing out the size/shape you want with the back of the spoon.
Flip, then serve!
