We don't usually think of low back pain when it comes to playing an instrument, But we are not exempt from the number one pain complaint in the country. All those hours of sitting on a tour bus or in a van, in rehearsals, getting to and from the gig.... never mind All the hours we spend sitting in front of a computer or driving day to day.

Sometimes the source of pain is not the site of pain so it's good to also check your hip flexors...

Here's a good workout for you to fix your lower back. Give yourself at least 2 minutes a day to do this workout and let me know how you feel!

Don't forget to save this for later!
