A real leader is always ALONE, as in they stand on their own two feet, and sets the example by walking the talk and this simple, good-hearted way inspires respect, trust, confidence, etc.
The e-motions involved in ganging up will always fizz out to NOTHING REAL (TRUE) THERE.
When you come across anyone manipulating others to gang up to support an intention, refuse to be part of it, even if you do not like the person being ganged up against. Your hypocrisy and righteousness will come back to slap you in the face.
The whole of "The System" is full of this shit coming at you constantly in many different ways.
If you can't stay calm and use your brain/wits to resolve issues directly with the person involved, then you are already beaten before you have opened up your mouth and started to gang up.
The e-motions involved in ganging up shows that it is PRE-MEDITATED and PRE-DETERMINED and this makes those ganging up no better than those they are ganging up against.
It also shows that there is a strong e-motional dependency between those ganging up who are ALL confused and misled, basically REALLY LOST. They are still deeply dependent on others telling them how to think, feel and act and this has them consistently showing up as still being deeply broken down slaves following the liar out front.
When you gang up, you are giving others a reason to get at you down the line.
When people gang up, they have lost the ability to make sense of reality, of a situation, and they have already quickly faded away from the truth to be manipulated by the gang leaders, their credibility being affected because they are showing up to be part of a gang and easy to manipulate.
A gang mentality is a cult, a cultural psyop engineered by those with an ulterior motive.
