Here's how to find a balance between making a bold response and being loving in apologetics.

 #1: Commit to truth.

2 Timothy 3:16 says all Scripture is breathed out by God. It's all true.

You've got to be committed to the fact that God's word is totally true.

When you defend your faith, you're not defending something that you came up with. You're defending God's word.

#2: Take up the role of an ambassador and guide.

Colossians 1:28 talks about the importance of warning and teaching everyone. That's what a good guide does.

#3: Really desire the best for your listeners.

1 Corinthians 9:22 says become all things even weak in order to save some.

Love and boldness are not enemies.

What binds them together is a commitment to biblical truth.

In Scripture, we find the teachings and the examples that inspire us to evangelize and defend our faith in a loving way.
