In this video I go over the Loud Lullaby, its stats and potential, as well as the incredible perks it has available, that still allow it to 2 tap post nerf, and make up for a lot of the shortcomings that this archetype naturally has. That being said, I believe Loud Lullaby will keep the Aggressive 120 Hand Cannons relevant in the Meta in Destiny 2 Season of the Splicer.
