Ya know, I always try to prioritize exercise no matter what but sometimes it’s just so much easier to be consistent when the activity you’re doing is FUN! I am very glad I got myself back into dance this year, it’s such an important outlet. Whether you have been dancing since you could walk or feel like you have two left feet, push yourself and go take a class. I DARE YOU!
