Ahh it's finally done, though this didn't take as long as some of my other projects. I recently bought all the Hobbits in blu-ray and got them ripped to my PC. I really wanted to edit with the footage as most of the shots are just gorgeous in film.
Then I had the idea to challenge myself, given the nature of the song, and use ONLY clips at night time, or in dark places (caves etc) the only time I would use clips set during the day would be when the lyrics said 'day, today or sun.'
I wish I hadn't as it really limited the clips I could use, but ah well. I'm happy with the outcome and I got to use some scenes that I probably would have never used from LOTR.
