Lotro - Soloing "Seat of The Great Goblin" (3 player instance)

This is a solo run of the duo version of "Seat of The Great Goblin". I'm running the 3-player version of the instance with my L156 yellow line Beorning. The instance is also set to just above the Beornings character level (157) as the character is just about to reach 157 and will fight the final boss at the boss's level (157). By default it would have been 156 :-)
