Woe of the Willow is a scaling 1,2,3 player instance that is part of the Bingo Boffin quest chain.

While it is unusual; this run dropped two purple level 151 chest pieces. One was able to be disenchanted into a single hide crafting crate. The instance can drop a necklace on the solo/duo versions but also can drop shoulder & chest gear with the 3-player version of the instance.

I've run through this with my Level 151 Yellowline Hybrid/(Man&Bear) form Beorning.
