There is a new island with a dozen Midsummer quests -- Furtherholm. I show off the route I use to complete all twelve quests in just over 20 minutes. If you have a faster route, please explain it in the comments!
For people who prefer a wall of text over video, here are my steps (from 2026):
1. Talk to Captain Khâtaphos inside the Cracked Flagon and pick up the In Celebration of Midsummer quest.
2. Get quests from Darôma inside the Cracked Flagon.
3. Get quest from Sâghlem. Exit out the kitchen door.
4. Get quests from Merkhâma (3.8S, 119.0W).
5. Go to 3.9S, 119.0W and build a Sand-Castle.
6. Talk to Thirsty Beachgoer near Sand-Castle and continue quest. Go inside the Cracked Flagon's kitchen entrance and pick up Refreshing Beverage. Deliver to Thirsty Beachgoer outside.
7. Get quests from Mâghordo (3.8S, 119.3W).
8. Go to the Scruffy Cat (3.9S, 119.2W) then over the bridge to pick up Irksome Seagull 1, turn to the right to get Seagull 2, back to the east for Seagull 3 by the corner of the dock, then Slinky Cat (4.2S, 119.1W).
9. Build a Sand-Castle (4.2S, 119.1W) and talk to Relaxing Holidayer to the south.
10. Continuing south along the boardwalk for Seagull 4 and quest from Tâlugar (4.4S, 119.0W) and visit Skinny Cat (4.4S, 118.9W).
11. Irksome Seagulls 5, 6 & 7 are just west of the Skinny Cat. Visit Sassy Cat (4.5S, 118.7W). Go north.
12. Fish at dock (4.2S, 118.8W) until you get a Glittering Fish to advance the quest.
13. Equip a kite and go north over the bridge and chase off Seagull 8. Quest done.
14. Visit Sleepy Cat (3.8S, 118.8W) then go to the little beach at 4.0S, 118.7W with your kite. You can put the kite away for now as you visit Smelly Cat (3.9S, 118.6W). Quest done.
15. Go inside the Cracked Flagon and clean up the Dirty Floor and Bed in all four bedrooms. Get Captivating Book in a bedroom.
16. Go out the south door and continue south on the pier you just used. When you reach the Seagull turn slightly to your right and jump into the water to the Relaxing Holidayer on the other side to give the book. This will trigger a swim quest.
17. Raise a kite, go up the stairs to the boardwalk and turn right to the fishing area at 4.1S, 119.1W. A kite quest will trigger. You can lower your kite here and fish a Glittering Fish.
18. Go south and east to the Sassy Cat and continue SE to the water's edge. Use the Flotsom at 4.7S, 118.5W.
19. Raise a kite and talk to Unsettled Sightseer (4.7S, 118.6W).
20. Use Flotsom at 4.8S, 118.6W and 4.9S, 119.1W further west down the beach. Kite quest will complete, so lower your kite.
21. Build a Sand-Castle at 4.9S, 119.1W near Flotsom 3. Head west for three more Flotsom and a Sand-Castle to complete both quests.
22. Swim to the middle of the south bay to trigger a swim quest, then turrn around and run up the ramp at 4.6S, 119.6W. Proceed up and harvest Fresh Herbs 1, Lemon Tree 1, Fresh Herbs 2, Lemon Tree 2, and Fresh Herbs 3 behind you. Continue up the path for Olive Tree 1 and Fresh Herbs 4.
23. Continue up the path and turning north off the path at 4.3S, 119.6W to visit the falls and fishing spot 3 (3.7S, 119.7W). Catch a Glittering Fish.
24. Go NE to Olive Tree 2 and Lemon Tree 3. Reverse your steps back to the path at 4.3S, 119.6W and go west to Olive Tree 3. Go west to 4.4S, 120.4W for Lemon Tree 4. Then north and down to Olive Tree 4 (3.6S, 120.8W). Quest done.
25. Go south along the beach to 4.2S, 120.8W to complete swim 3. Can be triggered without actually swimming. Turn north along the beach to 3.1S, 121.5W and then west into the water to complete swim 4.
26. Return to shore and go east along the north shore until you find Seashells 1 at 2.9S, 119.6W. Pick it up.
27. NNE across the water is a small sand island with Seashells 2, 3 and 4. Pick them up. You will complete the swim quest getting there. Now fish at the south end of the island for your last Glittering Fish.
28. Swim south back to the main island and go east to get Seashells 5, 6, 7 and 8 along the shore to complete the quest. Proceed SE back to the Cracked Flagon.
29. Pick up the cushion (3.9S, 118.8W) outside of the Cracked Flagon and return it to the Unsettled Sightseer (4.7S, 118.6W) on the south beach.
30. Visit the Hopeful Suitor (4.9S, 118.8W) on the south beach, then return to the kitchen door of the Cracked Flagon. Pick up the Picnic Basket just outside the door and go inside.
31. Talk to Sâghlem in the kitchen and advance both quests. Pick up the Filled Picnic Basket and return to the Hopeful Suitor (4.9S, 118.8W) on the south beach.
32. Go west to the Queer Merrymaker (4.9S, 119.0W) and bury him twice. All the quests are now done! Time to turn them in.
33. Turn in a quest with Tâlugar (4.4S, 119.0W), three quests with Mâghordo (3.8S, 119.3W), and four quests with Merkhâma (3.8S, 119.0W).
34. Go inside the Cracked Flagon and turn in quests with Darôma and finish with Captain Khâtaphos. Success! You have completed 12 of the festival quests.
