We are back in the Black Forest and today we explore the Lotharpfad, an adventure trail that leads you on boardwalks through this beautiful landscape. The Lothar Path is a educational path in the Schliffkopf Nature Reserve by the Black Forest High Road between Oppenau and Baiersbronn and has it's name from Hurricane Lothar, which tore through the forest here in 1999.
