Apparently a Brazilian man named Paolo Neves was briefly associated with the Staten Island band Red Vox around 2017, and created this short edit. He then posted it onto Twitter in 2018, under the guise of not knowing it's name, to promote the band.
The album the song was intended for, Another Light, never saw proper release, after Paolo was kicked from the band for various reasons.

The song was in fact recorded in the United States, the only relation it had to Brazil was Paolo.
