You know something about this tune never sat right with me. It's a great song and it worked in the game but it doesn't quite jive with the rest of the songs in the game in terms of instrumentation/sampling/composition.
My guess is that the rest of the stuff (which is really dance/funk oriented) was one guy (most likely Charles Deenan) and this is by Alister Brimble. It reminds me more of really old-school Amiga music like the stuff from the game Unreal.
