This game is kinda unique and peculiar...
This is one of the most, if not the most narrative driven Final Fantasy mainline entry ever, and I absolutely enjoyed it as far as I've played for.
Final Fantasy 16 is a major departure from the usual JRPG formula, akin to Final Fantasy 15. But that's not all, the heavy emphasis on story driven narrative in a dark Fantasy setting absolutely sets FFXVI apart from the entire franchise itself, that said you can still clearly make out the DNA of the series through multiple series hallmarks, for example, the chocobos and especially the iconic music score that for me, is the definition of Final Fantasy, as polarizing as this game is, it is one of my most favorite games in the series, and I hope you guys stay with me until the end of the journey through Valisthea!
