The whole thing started from ideas I came up with myself. I wrote the prompts, tried different creative directions, and let AI handle the visual output while I focused on what to keep and how to shape it. The edit, including the pacing and flow of each moment, was put together entirely by me.
The Polar Express losing its brakes is a real problem because there was nowhere good to stop anyway. The AI made sure it also lost its sense of direction.
