Ayyyyy it’s been some time since I last posted an original song! It’s been about 8 months 😳 yeah…… WAYYYY too long!!!
I just wanted to share this song with you guys. It’s the lead single for my album I’m working on. Been making this album for 2 years now, and it’s been one heck of a journey. So many moments, memories, emotions, all tied into this album. Each song a representation of something important to me. I’m really excited to share the whole thing.
This song, “Lost in the wild” is one that I’ve felt the most connected to out of the albums track-list so far. For me, it’s a song about feeling lost in this massive world we live in. Feeling like you’ve got nowhere to go, don’t know how to start, don’t know WHERE to start. You feel unsure of your life’s future… I feel like a lot of people can understand the anxiety and depression that comes with feeling like everyone else has it already figured out, while you’re stuck here wondering how they do it. How can they be so confident in what they’re doing? Aren’t they scared of the uncertain future?… Life throws many curveballs at you. And I’ve learned that it’s all about how you swing back.
This song has taught me a lot about myself, from emotionally, psychologically, and also technically in terms of music producing and composing…
