After a 2 hour hike up a mountain to do some long range mountain surfing, we stumbled upon an incredible lake right near the peak. The fog (actually clouds) was rolling in and out, giving us little 2 minute gaps to fly. When I went up on this flight, the fog came back quickly, and I was blinded.. I panicked, not knowing if I was 10 ft up or 100ft up, or if I was over the water or near a tree. I tried figuring out where I was to try and get back, but I had no idea what direction to go. I'm lucky I had a beeper, or I never would have found it. I used up all my luck on this flight I think!

This was filmed at 5040 peak, at Cobalt lake in British Columbia. GoPro Hero 8 with a Camera Butter ND16 ND Filter.
