Use the timestamps below to get straight to the solution for lost contacts after switching to the New Outlook. More info that was not covered in this video would be that the end user in question may have been using the one time purchase version of MS Office rather than Office365 in which case I think the solution is the same. Another item not covered in this video is go to the the programs menu where you can launch programs look in the "O" section you may find "Outlook" and "Outlook (New)". Try the Outlook without the word new (that is what I refer to as the Old Outlook) and see if your contacts are there. 00:06:01 Solution is to export contacts from the old Outlook.pst file to a .csv file then import that into the New Outlook. You could alternatively switch back to the Old Outlook.
