The Bazaar - They buffed Lost Blade slightly this patch, but the main thing that actually makes it work is getting the Lethargy skill off of the new monster. Coupled with Trail Markers, slowing your opponents items by 5 seconds makes it work quite easily, especially when coupled with Lake!
