Since losing my Dad a few months ago, my life has been turned upside down. Iβve talked about dealing with stress and overwhelm from living with a chronic condition on my channel previously, but what happed to me when I lost my Dad and as I continue to mourn his passing has effected my diabetes, and Iβm trying to get to grips with how to deal with this and what to do to help my health - both physical and mental.
