This drama is basically about these two breaking up and making it everyone else's business lmao. Now that I'm thinking about it, fof reminds me of x men. Two best friends (clearly in love with each other) fell apart because of different political views? That's cherik. And lizhou.
Anyway I wish we had got more flashbacks of their besties (boyfriends) era and more scenes of them in general. And I wish they had survived and lived happily ever after obviously.

When I saw you loving The Legend of ShenLi a few months ago, I decided Id edit the main ship for you one day. Thats why I waited with watching the drama till November and then spent a few weeks watching and working on this video at the same time. Im glad I managed to finish it in time for your birthday.
I have to say I really enjoyed both watching the drama (Shenli is the most badass chinese female character ever, period) and vidding these two cuties in love. For some reason, before starting it, I had thought Xingzhi would be a weak man and Shenli would have to protect him all the time, so I was really surprised when I found out that they were both the most powerful creatures in all three realms and that they were going to serve the forbidden love trope 🤭
Stella, I already know you wont be disappointed with the ship choice, but I really hope I did them justice and that youll enjoy the edit! I also wish you the best day ever, happy birthday hun!!
