Looking to lose weight, eat healthier, and destress all at the same time? Mindful eating can help. When you are consciously thinking about your meal, where it came from, what nutrients it provides, etc. it's been proven to help you make healthier choices.

Where to begin?
Start eating in silence. Quietly eat your food while breathing and savoring your meal. Be conscious while cooking. You'll be able to see what foods go into your meal and make better choices. All your actions should be done slowly and focused that way it is a meditation.
