PRODUCER'S COMMENTARY:
This song!!!! It was originally track 15 on the album, meant to be the "i kept my promise" moment on 16 Y.O. but with time I was noticing that the song takes a bit TOO long to build up and the anticipated drop lasts 10% of the build time and despite it being one of my lowkey favorites I knew that I could have a better track 15 for the album (and I did), specially preceding such a closer like Sixteen. But hey, it's Lorde. What can go wrong with Lorde?
