This is the third 2D special effects animation assignment I was given. There were two types of splashes that we could do if we wanted to do a water splash. The more realistic (which I heard is slightly easier), and the unrealistic, which is what you see here. I really loved the look of the unrealistic one, so I decided to give it a try. The very back of this splash nearly killed me! It was crazy trying to figure out where that water was supposed to go, hence the end of the animation looks kind of fishy ^^;. Also, there are a couple of things that I didn't put in that this type of splash usually has, but I feel happy with how this turned out despite that : ).
