I used the following mobile Apps .....

PROCREATE: The eyes enlarged with liquify tool; The Iris was colorized solid green, and black pupil was added.
MUG LIFE: Animated the photo to give it life-like movement.
LUMA FUSION: Using ChromaKey tool, removed green color of iris, and added video of fish aquarium.
