When I saw the sign-up for FableSecrets Holidays MEP, I immediately imagined Odette forcing Thrax into a santa hat and damn, am I glad I went with that xD I see Thrax as someone who just doenst really get the Christmas hype (hes not a Holidays man in general) but what he CAN get behind is the mistletoe tradition. And thats it, thats the plot for these 14 seconds xD

Hey dudes, dudettes and dudles!
Here is my round 3 video for @MxDisneys Cluedo roleplay! Unfortunately, for this round, I had to heavily cut down and condense my dialogue with both @UnstableObsessions (Snow/Ariel) and @flameliberator1835 (Henry/Korso) due to time restraints. BUT you can check out their videos to see the conversations in their full glory! Links below! :D
I am planning however, by the time this years MxDisney is coming to a close (or perhaps early 2025) to upload a video with everything from Maua Kuchanuas story, and including scenes that I did not have time to create during the contest. So I am definitely planning on showing our plotted dialogue in full. For now though, check out their videos to see it!

00:40 The nightmare
Maua finally manages to get some sleep, but is haunted by a nightmare shes had many times before; a vision of the man she believes could be her father, but with his face too unfamiliar for her to distinguish. Shes woken up by a knock on her door from Elizabeth, one of the housekeepers at the White mansion, telling her that the other guests are gathering for breakfast.

01:11 A surprising opinion
On her way to the dining room, one of the other guests, Oliver, approaches her and asks her to introduce herself to him. Maua takes the opportunity to ask him what he thought of the deceased Charles White. Unlike everyone else she has asked, Oliver is praising Charles, saying he was a good and kind man.

01:52 Breakfast
Maua enters the dining room and is immediately greeted by Carla, who asks her what she would like for breakfast. Maua offers to help, but Carla explains breakfast is simply taking a while longer due to the detectives having taken all the knives to test them. Carla tells Maua to sit wherever shed like and Maua very quickly decides to sit next to Henry.

02:16 The will
After Mrs. White has entered the room, barking that she wants a drink, the detectives follow her and inform the guests that Charles Whites will has been found. Maua zones out as the detectives read its contents, but by the time Maua is tuning back into the conversation, Mrs. White is throwing a temper tantrum and throws a cup towards the wall. Henry manages to grab and push Maua out of the way before the cup smashes on the floor and Mrs. White storms off angrily. As Henry helps Maua up again, Detective Scarlett reads from the will that anyone claiming to be Mr. Whites child, legitimate or otherwise, will receive nothing. Once the detectives leave, Carla asks if anyone wants tea, which Henry and Maua answer: How about scotch? before they eventually separate with the group to go to the lounge and drink.

03:10 Morning drinking
As Henry and Maua finally have some time for themselves, Henry decides to put his cards on the table and ask Maua directly if shes attracted to him. Despite feeling embarrassed, Maua admits to being sweet on Henry. Henry confesses to feel the same way about her, while also poking fun at her awkward introduction of herself yesterday where she accidentally said her name was Meow.

03:52 The truth comes out
Maua decides to take a walk outside in the garden when Snow approaches her, telling her that Arabella, who was one of the two guests who got to leave that very morning, found a picture. Maua looks at the picture, immediately recognizing it as the picture she found by mistake when she was a child; the same picture she has in her room of her mother and her unknown father. She realizes this proves that the deceased Charles White was indeed her father, causing her to start vomiting in one of the bushes. While comforting her, Snow tells her that Maua deserves a better father than what Charles could have ever been and that Maua is an amazing person. Maua thanks Snow, admitting shes shaken by the discovery, but now she at least has answers. As Maua looks down, both she and Snow notice a large kitchen knife lying in the garden bed.

This is my part for LadyRoses pirate and noble MEP!

So, for this MEP I really wanted to switch Holli and Linas usual characteristics around. I considered a few different scenarios for them, and I ended up choosing one that was a bit of a mix of them all. Lina is a pirate, though shes currently on land doing some conning. She takes advantage of her sweet and innocent looks to trick men into gambling with her only for her to trick them and escape with the winnings. Or just for the thrill of it.
Holli is a Spanish infanta who is in town with one of her guards, watching one of Linas usual schemes, having been totally mesmerized by her since seeing her wanted poster. To her luck, Lina notices her that day too and goes to the castle at night to bring her a golden necklace, one that was of course 100% stolen. Holli doesnt care.
Not gonna lie, Im low-key tempted to try and do the full song with this storyline or at least experiment more with it in the future if possible. Pirate!Lina and Noble!Holli are fun and Id like to experiment more with this AU x3
I was initially going to body-swap Lina, but the three different female pirate outfits I was suggested were totally useless in the long run. The female pirate from Zarafa has such few scenes, the animated Anne Bonny was IMPOSSIBLE to find in remotely descent quality and Solara from Pirates of the seven storms had a much too different animation style and looked off with Linas head. So, after googling female pirates, I came across A LOT where they had red skirts, white shirts and brown corsets or headbands and such and I was like, well that works. I really like the way it looks, so while it wasnt what I was going for, Im still fairly satisfied with the result x3 Oh, and Linas brown eyes? Initially just a side effect of me changing the color of her dress and corset, but I decided to keep it cause I kinda liked how it looked xD
