This smartwatch can function as a stand alone phone if you install a sim card in the back.

It can also be tethered to your smart phone so you can make Bluetooth calls and texts. It has a number of pre installed apps like a pedometer, a sleep monitor, and a few other fitness apps , but as far as I can tell you can't download additional apps to the phone.

Battery life is about a day and a half, charge time is about an hour and a half.

It's a pretty decent little smart watch at a decent price.
